NIBULON is the contemporary of the Ukraine independence. Founded in 1991 the company has been through all the stages of the country’s development and within 18 years became one of the biggest Ukrainian producers and exporters of agricultural commodities.

The company has 36 branches (in Mykolayiv, Lugans’k, Vinnytsya, Khmel’nyts’kyy, Poltava, Cherkasy, Sumy, Chernigiv, Zhytomyr and Zaporizhzhya regions of Ukraine) and tills over 70 thousand hectares of farmland from 25 thousand of renters using modern intensive agricultural technologies and equipment that secure stable high yields and quality of grain that meets the requirements of both Ukrainian and foreign consumers. During 18 years of the company activity, NIBULON has invested in the Ukrainian economy over 488 million USD.

The high-technology transshipment terminal for grains and oilseeds became a visiting card of NIBULON and Mykolayiv. This modern facility is unique both for Ukraine and Europe. In 2004 the terminal was declared as the best industrial object in Ukraine.  In June, 2008 by the Decree of the President of Ukraine No 569/2008 “About Conferring of the Laureate of the State Prize for Architecture 2008” the author’s collective at the head of General Director of NIBULON  O.O. Vadaturskyy was conferred the State Prize for the Architecture. Since 2003, when the transshipment terminal started to be operated, there have been shipped over 766 vessels with different cargo carrying capacity.

As you can see our company is successful and we are proud of it. We work not only for ourselves but also for our partners, securing them advantageous business terms and conditions and competitive prices. Our company is stable and we do not hide it. The last marketing year (2008/09) was very successful – in a given time NIBULON exported 4.6 mln tons of grains and oilseeds.

But it is the past. And what will wait for the company and our partners next year?

From year to year the philosophy of the company to build new storage facilities where the company cultivates the farmland stays inviolable. Following this principle in 2009 we started realization of the biggest investment project in the value of USD 150 mln. This project includes construction of own river fleet, inland silos and river terminals.

River fleet construction for NIBULON is building of 24 non-self-propelled river-sea barges with deadweight 108 thousand tons; construction and purchasing of 14 tugboats. It is important the project will enable to revive navigation along Dnipro River – the main water way of Ukraine.

Increase of production capacities means construction of eight inland silos and river terminals. General storage capacities of the first turn, planning to be operated till the end of 2009, will be 300 thousand tons. Till July the 1st, 2010, taking into consideration storage capacities of the second turn, it will be doubled. We have already started to build inland silos and terminals in Poltava, Cherkasy and Zaporizhzhya regions and we are going to build in Dnipropetrovs’k region.

Our partners know that NIBULON is an example of responsibility and business transparency. That is why in 2009 our company started realization of purposeful program in order to unshadow Ukrainian grain market.
