Agricultural Production: Material and Technical Provision
"Nibulon Ltd." branches are equipped with machinery- and tractor stations (MTS), the purpose of which is to ensure full cycle of agricultural works on the Company`s lands. Each MTS is an autonomous production entity.
19 MTS were created on the bases of production plants acquired in Nikolaev, Lugansk, Kharkov, Cherkassy, Khmelnytskyy, Poltava and Vinnitsa regions in the course of implementation of a large long-term program targeted at ensuring complex technology in growing agricultural products on large areas.
For the purpose to apply intensive agricultural production technologies, the MTS are equipped with all the necessary modern agricultural machinery and facilities, both from national and foreign manufacturers, as well as with cars and trucks, including:
17 grain harvesters John Deer 9500 made in the USA; 8 harvesters Case-2166 made in the USA; 16 harvesters Case-2388 made in the USA; 2 fodder harvesters Jaguar Klaas made in Germany; 46 heavy tractors Favorite-824 made in Germany; 1 heavy tractor Case-8940 made in the USA; 22 heavy tractors Case - MX 310 made in the USA; 7 fodder harvesters Massey Ferguson 7246; 2 fodder harvesters Massey Ferguson 7274; soil-cultivating machinery made by Lemken and RAU (including ploughs Vari Diamond, compactors Variopak, cultivators Compactor Ê600À and Smaragd-9, sowing machines Soliteur 600/48); soil-cultivating machinery made by RAU (France), including: disk harrow Zentor-58, rotation harrows and cutters Rototiller, Terramax, Unimat, aggregates for complex cultivation of soils Multytiller, sprayers Spridotrain, Air Plus etc.; sowing machines for precise sowing of tilled crops Multicorn made by Kleine (Germany) - 21 unit; haymaking complexes made by Krone (Germany) - 7 units; trailers for transportation of grain made by Krone (Germany) - 20 units; wide-cut seeding machine ’Khun Maxima’; four seeding-machines with accurate sowing; 2 seeding-machines "Massey Ferguson" MF-555;
tractors produced in CIS countries (Ò-150, ÌÒÇ-80;-82-920, ÞÌÇ-6, Ê-700, Ò-70, ÄÒ-75) - over 160 units. Each MTS is a powerful unit, capable of performing the full range of agricultural works, while observing the terms of cultivation and ensuring high standards in farming.
Using efficient imported machinery made it possible to organize "mobile mechanized teams" for provision of cultivation and harvesting services to the neighbouring farms.
The best machine operators work with the imported facilities. They were employed on the contest-basis, after which passed special training in Germany. High quality maintenance of the machinery and tractors is ensured by engineers and mechanical engineers, having passed special training at "Fendt" and "Klaas" plants in Germany.
There are also three service centers for maintenance and repair of the machinery. Each service centre is furnished with a set of tools and special equipment allowing high-quality repair and maintenance. The experts working in the service centers were trained at "Fendt" and "Klaas" plants (Germany).
Usage of modern methods and materials in technical servicing of the machinery allows extending the motor resource thereof, despite its intensive usage. Due to close co-operation with foreign companies - producers of agricultural machinery, configuration of the agricultural machines was improved by adjustment to soil and climatic conditions of Ukraine, thus improving performance of the machinery.
