On the 24th of April the solemn ceremony of the beginning of construction of the new elevator of NIBULON LTD in the suburb of Kamenets-Podol’sk of Khmel’nitskyy region took place. In these historic places there is Kamenetskyy castle, one of the wonders of the world.   On Maundy Thursday, on the threshold of Easter, Nikolaev company gave a present to people of Kamenka village the hope. The hope for many people of the village to have a job and it means changes for better. When the elevator is ready to function, in some months, the agricultural producers from Khmel’nitskyy, Chernovtsy, Ternopol’ and other regions will have the opportunity to sell their grain at equitable prices and use the services on drying and storing of grain on modern enterprise, and it means, also the hope, that their labour will be returned a hundredfold. It is one more step to civilized realization of market relations in agrarian sector of the region.   Even the nature assisted the solemn opening of the construction, bright, warm sun after three rainy weeks gladdened all that gathered for holiday: builders, people from nearby villages, guests from Kiev, Kamenets-Podol’sk, Khmel’nitskyy, Nikolaev.   From the very outset of the solemn celebration the local artists, prepared a small concert, maintained festive mood of all present.   So the solemn moment approached. The governor of Khmel’nitskyy region Ivan Gavchuk, the head of Kamenets-Podol’sk regional state administration Rostislav Yarema, the head of Kamenets-Podol’sk regional rada Ivan Romanchuk, the head of State Agrarian Fund of Ukraine Vladimir Ivanishin, the head of Kamenka village Yuriy Voloshchuk, the of Khmel’nitsk regional department of “Ukreximbank” Tatyana Londisheva and general director of NIBULON LTD, the Hero of Ukraine Aleksey Vadaturskyy.   All guests, congratulating NIBULON LTD on the beginning of construction of new elevator, expressed confidence that the company is a reliable partner for agrarian producers of this region as well as for people of nearby villages.   The governor of Khmel’nitskyy region Ivan Gavchuk pointed out that regional administration supports the investors, that come to the region not only to rent lands, but those which make investments in region, construct here new objects, pay attention for solution of social issues.   -When I see such building yards, said Ivan Karlovich, – my heart is pleased, that thanks to such managers as Aleksey Vadaturskyy our country will grow and develop.   The head of Kamenets-Podol’sk regional state administration Rostislav Yarema in his speech noted that the authorities had to assist such representatives of business, which responsibly treat the cooperation with farmers. It is very pleasant that the investor came to Kamenets-Podol’sk not only to get a profit but also is occupied with solution of local social issues. In his opinion, even the God helps such kind people – the sky cleared up, it is warm and sunny around. And it confirms that NIBULON has already taken place in Khmel’nitskyy region. The head of Kamenets-Podol’sk regional rada Ivan Romanchuk on behalf of people of the district wished the team of the company further progress and successful realization of all plans.   The head of State Agrarian Fund of Ukraine Vladimir Ivanishin said about importance of complex method in new undertaking:   – For me, as native of Khmel’nitskyy region, it is very pleasant to be present on celebration of laying of the first symbolic stone of new modern stronghold of Kamenets-Podol’sk, grain stronghold – a new elevator. I know that in Ukraine if NIBULON begins a new project, company goes with the solution in complex. Not only industrial plans but also social issues are made a reality. On technical characteristics this elevator will be the most modern elevator complex not only in Khmel’nitskyy region and natives and native youth will work here.   The head of Kamenka village Yuriy Voloshchuk told about ecological side of this new building project:   – Construction of new elevator is very important from the point of environmental protection. On the place of construction there was storage of insecticides, and they are the bomb of slow action. Restoration of this land, which is made by NIBULON, will allow to clear up neighborhood from harmful effect of insecticides.   Yuriy Vladimirovich thanked NIBULON for help in solution on many problems of the village: according to plans lighting of village roads, financing of the project of construction of kindergarten, welfare for schools. In support of the head’s of Kamenka village speech general director Aleksey Vadaturskyy gave the symbolic certificate for 90 thousand UAH for engineering of kindergarten.   The most touching moment of the whole ceremony was local school pupils’ appeal to Aleksey Vadaturskyy, as a person who supports them, their thanks for his welfare and presentation with club – the symbol of trust and confidence that NIBULON will support young generation, and children, when grow up, will work in this modern company.   On behalf of the team, general director of NIBULON LTD Aleksey Vadaturskyy thanked everybody for congratulations, greetings, wishes and noted that on that construction only 37 building enterprises work twenty-four hours a day, more than 1500 workers are involved. And if take into consideration those enterprises that provide with delivery of material resources, so more than 90 enterprises, not only Ukrainian but also foreign, are involved.   – We concluded treaties with the companies from the USA, Denmark, Germany, Russia with our Ukrainian companies – went on Aleksey Afanasevich. – The first lot of equipment will be installing here on the 20th of May. Till the 1st of July we will finish assembling and construction works, and till the 10th of July there will be finished the whole complex of commissioning and at the same time there will be acceptance of rape and cereals. This enterprise is unique because one can work here equally either with rape or with other cereals, guarantee with high quality of service and carrying out corresponding analysis of grain on the world level. Thank you for your support. I invite all guests to lay the first symbolic cube of concrete.   So the solemn moment approached: the priests of three religious creeds, which are presented in that region, consecrated the place of laying of concrete. That is why in the construction of the elevator different companies take part.
