The quality of food served for our employees is envied even by townspeople of Voznesens’k, who have nothing to do with the company’s work. The news about interesting innovations in nutrition system of “NIBULON” workers was soon carried around the small city. No wonder. This year at the initiative of the branch director Olena Tricheva a greenhouse was built to provide workers of the branch with balanced meal. “It’s very convenient, because the nearest town is situated in 5 km from our branch, and still we are able to provide 70 employees with tasty starters and fresh salads” – said Olena Yakivna. We have already had the first harvest – radish, chives and dill. We expect to gather tomatoes and cucumbers in June and later on cabbage, aubergines, water-melons and paprika. Next year Olena Tricheva planes to build another greenhouse to increase production output. But workers of “Prybuzhanivs’ka”branch are hardly the pioneers in this mater; they are more likely successors of the neighboring Pilot Research Farm Lidiyivs’ke. This branch produces its own wholefood for three years. Last year their crop made up more than a ton of tomatoes, about 500 kg of cucumbers and more than 200 kg of cabbage. All these helped to can a considerable amount of food for winter. As an expression of their gratitude, “Prybuzhanivs’ka” branch passed to the Pilot Research Farm Lidiyivs’ke 10 kg of radish. In order to encourage workers for their new initiatives the management of “NIBULON” awarded bonuses to workers, engaged into greenhouse construction and development and vegetables growing.
