On the 13th of August NIBULON finished harvesting of early crops. Geography of NIBULON harvesting was remarkable. Harvesting started on the 24th of June in Mykolayiv region and finished in August in Sumy region. This year crop is a large one – nearly 130 thousand tons. In comparison with the last year crop, 109 thousand tons, is 20% more and namely: barley – 19 thousand tons, winter wheat – 92.5 thousand tons and spring barley – 13 thousand tons. It should be pointed out that this year sown area under winter crops increased nearly on 15%. But due to high professionalism of our specialists harvesting went in up-tempo and the work was coordinated and well organized. The first place among the company’s branches took “Prybuzhanivs’ka” branch, in which average crop capacity is 53.5 centners per hectare. In Lugansk region the first place took “Kupyans’ka” branch with average crop capacity 55.7 centners per hectare, in central region – “Chygyryn” branch with 46 centners per hectare. Quality of this year crop is very high. All wheat is of І, ІІ, ІІІ classes. We are looking forward to a bumper crop, up to 300 thousand tons. According to deputy general director in production Kostyantyn Khmel’nyts’kyy branches finished previous ground preparation under winter crops, there were bought all necessary chemical fertilizers and seed grain for autumn sowing campaign. At the end of month we will start to harvest sunflower. So NIBULON has no time for rest.
