Friends, we continue to modernize the elevator complexes of AK Vradiivskyi Ltd. and Kolosivskyi Elevator Ltd. to improve the level of service for our agricultural partners.

According to Valerii Reutsoi, NIBULON’s Director for Elevators Operations, the capacities of both facilities will be significantly increased to receive late grain crops.
“We are doing everything necessary to ensure that agricultural producers, who are suffering not only from the war but also from the vagaries of nature, are confident in the quality of processing and storage. We assure you that the harvest will be in good hands!” Valerii noted.
At AK Vradiivskyi Ltd., a second transshipment line has been built. It has doubled the capacity and changed the receipts and shipments scheme. Previously, the complex could unload 50-80 tons per hour, and now this figure will reach 150-180 tons per hour.
In addition, the second truck loading point has been re-equipped. We have transformed it in accordance with the latest requirements and taking into account all sanitary and technical standards. We have significantly increased the size of the loading pit, installed a modern shed with roller doors, replaced the transport equipment, and installed an automatic control system on the new equipment.
The branch has also increased the area of concrete roads. Now, agricultural producers have a finished route – from the laboratory, through the weighing station, to the loaders.
As a result, we managed to significantly reduce the time required to unload grain and ensure work with several crops simultaneously.
At the same time, Kolosivskyi Elevator Ltd. has increased the productivity of grain loading onto trucks by installing two silos with a capacity of 40 tons each. They have made it possible to accumulate grain and quickly load it if necessary.
The company has also replaced 4 units of transport equipment under the first and second truck unloaders, which will also improve the level of service for our partners.
The company plans to continue working to improve its services by investing in modernization, making progress, raising the level of services, so that all processes work smoothly and optimally in terms of time and effort.
In the following articles, we will cover the modernization of Khmilnyk branch and the Transshipment Terminal in Mykolaiv.
