On the 20th of May 2009 director of Danish company CIMBRIA UNIGRAIN A/S Henning Roslev Bukh and general director of NIBULON LTD Oleksiy Opanasovych Vadaturskyy concluded the contract for delivery of grain handling equipment. We should point out that it is not the beginning of the cooperation between our companies; it has already been a good tradition, so Henning Roslev Bukh personally arrived from Denmark to sign the contract. Our cooperation started in 2003 when there was a construction of the transshipment terminal for grain and oilseeds in Mykolayiv. Many of handling equipment, mounted in the transshipment terminal, and namely: bucket elevators, drag conveyors and other equipment are produced by CIMBRIA UNIGRAIN A/S.   So that equipment was time-proved there. It is important that this company not only mounts the equipment but also supervises its work, advises in case of difficulties or untypical situations. But the quality of the goods is tested not only by the time but also by its quantitative data. For example, from 2003 there were loaded 663 ships and by means of  Cimbria handling equipment there were handled nearly 10 mln tons of agricultural production.  Such an equipment NIBULON also bought for constructed in 2008 silo of “Smotrych” branch (Khmel’nyts’kyy region).  As we informed you earlier NIBULON started to realize the new investment project in the value of $150 mln. The project includes construction and purchase of 14 (sea and river) tugboats and construction of 24 barges with dead-weight of 108 000 tons and construction of seven elevators in Poltava, Cherkasy, Dnipropetrovs’k and Zaporizhzhya regions, total grain storage capacity of which comprises about 300 000 tons. Just for the delivery of handling equipment for these new elevators there was concluded the contract.  It is important that not taking into consideration our cooperation, CIMBRIA UNIGRAIN A/S took part in tender for the delivery of conveyor equipment for grain handling for acceptance from auto and railway transport and next loading to ships on equal terms. It competed with famous Ukrainian, European and American producers of such equipment and fairly won in the tender. We appreciate the relations that were building between our companies during the years and it is very important for us not only to save them in the future but also to make them better. Already in August 2009 NIBULON will receive the first lot of the goods. The last lot of the goods we will deliver in April 2010. We have a lot to do that is why I would like to wish success and new achievements.
