Ahead of the new agricultural season, NIBULON held a general meeting for our freight transport service. The purpose of the gathering was to align efforts to ensure an efficient and successful season.
During the meeting, participants focused on several key topics: salary, prioritization of access to elevators, and automation of operations. Importantly, the discussion yielded a productive outcome — a coordinated approach to cooperation that enables not only consistent performance and fulfillment of planned transportation volumes but also fair pay.
“Our mission is to serve Ukrainian farmers with quality logistics while also creating decent working conditions and fair pay for our employees. Achieving this balance is our top priority. That’s why we’re working on making efficient and convenient logistics. Thank you for walking this path with us!” said Serhii Kalkutin, Director of Logistics.
NIBULON remains a reliable partner for both its employees and Ukrainian farmers — a company that operates transparently, responsibly, and effectively, even during wartime.
Recently NIBULON has signed a contract for the transshipment of up to 1 million tons of grain at the Sea Port of Chornomorsk. It is an important step in building a flexible logistics model for the new season.
