Oleksandr Dovzhenkov joined the team of JV NIBULON LLC in November 2022. Since 2023, he has served as Head of the General Legal Practice Department.
He has over 15 years of experience in legal and tax fields, having held senior positions in government agencies (State Enforcement Service, Tax Service) as well as in private companies.
From 2012 to 2019, he served as a Member of the Parliament of Ukraine (VII and VIII convocations), specializing in tax policy, corporate taxation, and transfer pricing.
In 2005, he graduated with honors from the Yaroslav Mudryi National Law Academy. In 2021, he earned a PhD in Law from the National University Odesa Law Academy with a dissertation titled «Tax Legislation: Current State and Prospects for Development».
As Director of Government Relations at NIBULON, Oleksandr ensures effective engagement between the business and government institutions to protect the company’s interests and foster a favorable regulatory environment.
