For over ten years, BATKIVSHCHYNA-NYVA LLC has steadily operated in Ukraine’s agricultural market. Founded in 2014, the farm currently cultivates approximately 3,000 hectares of land, specializing in producing grain and industrial crops, while also actively developing its livestock sector – specifically, it maintains over 400 dairy cows. The farm employs more than 115 people.

In the crop production sector, the farm grows nearly the complete range of crops needed for crop rotation: wheat, corn, soybeans, peas, sunflowers, and perennial grasses to support its livestock operations. Milk is sold through the farm’s own store and in partnership with the KHOROL INFANT NUTRITION FACTORY LLC.

Cooperation with NIBULON began in 2016. A key factor was the convenient logistics the Romodan branch is just 25 km from the farm. However, it was the company’s professionalism, competitive prices, quick product intake, and timely payments that became the main arguments for establishing long-term cooperation.

Despite the challenges brought on by the war – a reduced workforce, power outages, and pressure on livestock production – digital services help the enterprise remain efficient.

The farm actively utilizes NIBULON’s E-Cabinet and the LineUp NIBULON electronic transportation registration system.

“It was a bit complicated at first, but now everything runs smoothly. There’s less paperwork, faster contract signing, and it saves time,” the director notes.

Even with occasional power or internet outages, digital solutions significantly simplify operations.

“I view digitalization positively. In the past, everything had to be done in person – trips, signatures… Now, you just open your cabinet, handle your business – and it’s done!”
