Malynivka, an Additional Liability Company, is a farming enterprise with a long and rich history. Over the years, it has operated under various names and ownership structures, including a collective farm, an agricultural cooperative, a closed joint-stock company, and eventually, a company with additional liability. Despite numerous challenges — including issues with logistics, transportation, workforce shortages, and crop yields — Malynivka ALC continues its operations. The company remains committed to paying taxes, supporting social initiatives, and contributing to military assistance.
Today, the farm cultivates over 3,700 hectares of land, focusing primarily on producing winter cereals. The main crops include winter wheat, winter barley, and rapeseed. The farm also cultivates sunflowers as a technical crop.
Cooperation with NIBULON has been ongoing since the early 2000s. Over the years, products have been delivered to nearby branches, including the Novoodeska and Voznesenska branches. However, the past few years have marked the most productive period of this partnership. As the war disrupted traditional supply chains and closed key ports, NIBULON responded with a strategic alternative: shipments through Izmail. This enabled stable supply chains and helped maintain consistent operations even amid the crisis. In 2022, the majority of sales to NIBULON consisted of barley (55.5%), followed by wheat (37.6%) and sunflower (29.6%). In 2023, the focus shifted toward winter wheat (77.1%) and rapeseed (60.2%). In 2024, rapeseed accounted for a record share of sales — 92.7%.

No need to go anywhere or search for documents — it’s all right there, easy to manage. I even recommend NIBULON to others. With NIBULON, everything is efficient, everything is in the cabinet,” shares Ruslana Oleksandrivna.
