The largest 140-meter self-propelled crane vessel in Ukraine, the NIBULON MAX, was built at NIBULON Shipbuilding and Shiprepair Yard in 2019 and is a landmark, not only in the fleet of the company but also in modern Ukrainian shipbuilding in general. The vessel is equipped with two electro-hydraulic four-rope CBG360 grab cranes from Liebherr-MCCTEC Rostock GmbH with a maximum lifting capacity of 45 tons each and a total capacity of 18,000 tons per day.
Cargo holds with hatch closures are designed for the transportation of bulk and general cargo. The availability of holds on the vessel ensures continuous operation of cranes during mooring operations with non-self-propelled vessels, which reduces loading time. The NIBULON MAX is equipped with two full-swing cargo cranes, which allows for full loading and unloading of Panamax vessels.
