A sound mind in a sound body. And if a company has sound employees all financial and economic indicators are sound too. Therefore to maintain the health of employees is the main task of the leader be aimed at strategic development.
To maintain the health of employees it is necessary to fulfill some conditions. First of all it is to make good conditions of work, presence of annual leave as well as holidays and, at last, presence of sport that is also of importance. Actually sport helps people to relax and display inside potential and energy. Therefore sport time should be organized in order the company is going well. Just some companies can boast of such availability. And it’s in vain. “NIBULON Ltd” employees are ones of such lucky men.
In November 20, 2006 “NIBULON Ltd” creates the football team with symbolic name “Nibulon”. Initiators of team making were employees of the company who wanted just to run a little in the gym. As the result the friendly and solidary team was founded. The leaders of the company decided to meet the wishes of the collective and to support their undertaking on the official level: sports ground, uniform with firm logotype – as it should be. And it has been done.
The interesting fact is that the team consists of not only employees but also some of their friend-volunteers. It makes climate clearer in the team. At present the team consists of 16 players although it is not limited. It is voluntary participation but interest is quite professional.
The first results appeared straightway after team making. The football team “Nibulon” participated in winter championship in Nikolaev city and took the 8th place out of 10. They were but the amateurish players, the rivals had more experience and there were also professionals among them. After received results we decided to raise level of the team. And today “Nibulon” team is trained by the professional trainer Smirnov Yuriy Ivanovich.
We can speak with confidence that football stopped to be a hobby for employees of “NIBULON Ltd” company. All players treat with responsibility to this, they train with efforts 3 times a week. And also the team is set more earnest tasks. For example, it’s to be a member of leaders triple on further city championship. Although the victory is not the purpose, the main is to strengthen sports spirit and to develop the skills of employees. That’s why “NIBULON Ltd” doesn’t buy the players for its team unlike other companies of our city do which have also football teams. The main is participation, sports passion and health, and victories will come anyway.

Андрій Вадатурський


Андрій Вадатурський став генеральним директором «НІБУЛОНу» після понад 15 років роботи в компанії — в липні 2022 року.

Він прийняв цю посаду після трагічної загибелі свого батька та засновника «НІБУЛОНу» Олексія Вадатурського разом із матір’ю Раїсою Вадатурською під час російського ракетного удару по їхньому дому в Миколаєві.

З 2014 до 2019 рік був народним депутатом України від одномандатного округу в Миколаївській області та членом Комітету з питань аграрної політики. У 2017 році створив і очолив велику міжпартійну групу, яка виступала за розвиток українських річок як транспортного засобу.  

Має ступінь магістра електротехніки Українського державного морського технічного університету та ступінь магістра економіки промисловості Лондонської школи економіки. У 2009 році за вагомий внесок у розвиток агропромислового комплексу України був нагороджений Президентом України, йому присвоєно звання «Заслужений працівник сільського господарства».

Одружений, має трьох дітей.
