Soon the truck fleet of “NIBULON” will be reinforced by heavy-duty trucks «MAN»( Germany) and «DAF» (the Netherlands).  The decision-making solves one of the key objectives of the company on improving the vertical integration according to the scheme “port-field”. The management of the company is interested in improving of the quality and increasing volumes of agricultural products at all stages of its movement, from farmers to the recipient. Looking for ways to improve this process, the company always finds innovative solutions. On the vision of this decision the facts speak for themselves: 1. Originally the company planned to purchase only 15 cars, but in view of the favorable terms that were proposed to “NIBULON” by management of «MAN» and «DAF», it was decided to expand the truck fleet by 30 heavy roadtrains. It should be noted that such serious companies as «Mercedes», «MAN», «DAF», «Scania» struggled for the right to award a contract. An important argument in favor of cooperation with the companies «MAN» and «DAF» was the fact that delivery of vehicles will be financed by structures of suppliers – Belgian leasing company “INGlising” for the term to 5 years. This proves the high credibility of “NIBULON” in international business circles. 2. To ensure the quality of grain during its shipment for export it is necessary to ensure uniform quality of grain in the cargo hold in accordance with the requirements of the importing country. Using of the new trailers will allow forming clearly a batch of grain from producers to the cargo hold and thus guarantee the high quality to the final consumer. 3. Reinforcement of the truck fleet will displace trucks “KAMAZ” and “MAZ”, which were used by the company earlier. Cargo transport, which was used in the company so far, will be partially allocated to the branches of “NIBULON” for its further effective exploitation and solution of problems of displacement of various goods. 4.  “NIBULON” сompany always aspires to create a high-level conditions of work. Rule of the company is: providing of comfort for all workers: from the general director – to drivers who will move to the new more convenient cabin of roadtrains that were purchased. 5. Today fields, that are being manufactured by the company, are located at a distance of 1000 km and in different climatic zones, so it was logical to use more productive agricultural machinery. New articulated six-wheeler for transportation of overdimensioned cargo will solve the issue of movement of agricultural machinery (tractors and harvesters “Case”, “Fendt”, “Massa Ferguson”, “John Deere” and others) and operational staff during spring field works in regions and branches of the company. 6. Exploitation of the latest machinery will bring the services of the company to a particular producer and increase the volume of transportation of agricultural products, eliminate intermediaries from the process. 7. New machinery will ensure quick delivery of grain from producer to buyer and timely shipment of agricultural products for export. 8. People throughout Ukraine will be able to see greatness of heavy roadtrains decorated with “NIBULON” emblem. This should be a good incentive for the Ukrainian agrarians, who will aspire to use the same high-tech and comfortable transport, as “NIBULON” does. 9. The emergence of a new transport – is more than 30 additional work places at the company. The best drivers who have extensive experience will  steer these trucks. Shortlisting, as always, will take place on a competitive basis. 10. New roadtrains will reinforce truck fleet of the company, that will consist of 70 units. Thus “NIBULON” will reach up 2000 tons of grain at a time. 11. The management of the company understands that in order to survive in the current conditions, it is necessary to struggle with monopoly of rail transport and marine transport companies, counter them with the specific necessary methods to survive.
