The circumstances we live in today significantly impact our psychological state. What can the corporate environment do to counteract this? Of course, it is care that helps maintain the fragile balance of psychological stability.
At NIBULON, we have a wide range of activities designed to promote the well-being. They cover:
- Mental and physical health
- Cultural events
- Volunteering and social connections, aimed at inspiring our employees to do good things.
Today, the NIBULON employee well-being support program includes the following projects:
Psychological support. All company employees can consult a psychologist twice a month on the Meclee platform, after passing a test to determine their level of psychological well-being.
Corporate yoga classes. The sessions started in September and are held three times a week for employees of the Kyiv office. We plan to introduce online sessions, enabling employees from Mykolaiv and branches to participate. The classes are conducted by our colleague from the HR Department, who has been practicing yoga for over 15 years.
Corporate sports activities: football championship, races, hikes, rafting, which give new emotions and allow you to escape from the routine of everyday life.
Employee vaccination and corporate discount on laboratory tests for NIBULON employees and their relatives as part of our cooperation with the Dila laboratory.
Educational events on well-being. To date, our employees have attended several webinars on health, life balance, and well-being in the workplace. A webinar on financial well-being, “Personal Finances”, is scheduled for the near future. We take into account the requests of our employees and are already planning webinars, workshops, and events for the next year on the topics that are of greatest interest to our employees.
Corporate cultural events: Cinemalogy, a practice of watching a film together followed by discussions, bookcrossing, excursions, and visiting performances.
Support for Ukrainian traditions: celebrating Christmas, welcoming spring, celebrating Vyshyvanka Day and Writing Day.
Participation in volunteer initiatives. NIBULON supports social activities our employees are interested in. In conditions of severe time shortage, the company covers organizational costs, helping our employees do good deeds and be useful members of the community. The main areas of volunteering chosen by our employees include helping children, helping animals, blood donation, sports, and environmental initiatives.
Improving the working environment. For NIBULON’s branches located close to the combat zones, we have installed a new model of shelters – mobile bomb shelters. This year, the Kyiv office has moved to a more modern building equipped with its own bomb shelter. In addition, we have modernized our equipment, including the fleet of vehicles and agricultural machinery, as well as computer equipment for the branches and offices.
