Last year the storage of the crop became a live issue for the majority of agrarians in Ukraine. The lack of grain storage facilities brought to nought all the painstaking work of grain farmers. It’s a well-known fact, that’s it’s not enough to grow the crop, one also has to store it and sometimes bring it to proper quality requirements. “NIBULON Ltd.” doesn’t have problems like this. The philosophy of the company is to place our own capacities direct to commodity producer, so we construct elevators in many regions of Ukraine where our brunches are situated. In such a way “NIBULON Ltd.” satisfies not only our needs but also provides commodity producers from all over Ukraine with service of grain intake and storage of European quality. All company elevators are highly automated modern facilities. Elevators are equipped with full set of high-technology lab equipment (particularly produced in Dane and Sweden), German purification equipment, and American drying equipment (produced by „MATHEWS”) and transshipment equipment (produced by „Cimbria Unigrain A/S”). Powerful highly productive dryers of continuous operation Mathews (USA) secure the quality of grain through drying corn, rapes and other seeds in a “moderate” mode, which helps to keep grain from damages. The up-to-date machinery of our elevators enables us to enlarge our grain intaking capacity in comparison with other companies. Despite the fact that rate of grain storage at some elevators decreases, our elevators operate at full capacity. They intake 1.5 – 2 thousand tons of grain daily. For instance, elevator of the brunch Reshetilovskiy in Poltavskaya region has already intaken more than 160 thousand tons of the 2008 crop, while it’s productive capacity comprises 38.5 thousand tons of simultaneous storage. Starobelskiy elevator in Luganskaya region has simultaneous efficiency. Zolotonoshskiy elevator in Cherkasskaya region has already intaken more than 130 thousand tons. Kolosivskiy elevator in Mykolayivskaya region – more than 60 thousand tons and newly constructed elevator Smotrych in Khmelnitskaya region and Vradiyevskiy in Mykolayivskaya – 50 thousand tons each. Our own system of grain storage facilities allows us to synchronize work of the elevators; this in its turn secures stable work of transshipment terminal in Mykolayiv city. Transshipment terminal has already discharged more than 2 millions tons of new crop grain beginning from the July 1, 2008 and 3 million tons beginning with the January 1, 2008. Thanks to perfect coordination “NIBULON Ltd.” has already earned great reputation all over the world, has full access to world grain market and is a confident tenderer.
