Mutual aid and philanthropy step around the world. With the limits of “World Food Program” the government of our country granted aid to Ethiopia. On June the 7th 2009 on the board of motor vessel „ELDORE I” there were loaded 1000 tons of bread grain. According to the Decree of the President of Ukraine dd 18.11.09 No 1051/2008 and according to the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dd 28.01.09 No 181-р the Ukrainian Ministry for Emergency Situations was an exporter. The whole stage of loading operations including accumulation, storage and transshipment of wheat were provided and organized by “NIBULON”. It is important that sale and delivery of grain to the port of shipment were carried out at the net cost, and shipment of the vessel was carried out free of charge
