Last week, a tactical firefighting drill was conducted at one of NIBULON’s branches in Khmelnytskyi region. The exercise was organized by personnel of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.

According to the scenario, a fire broke out, and the branch facility was partially destroyed following a strike by an unmanned aerial vehicle, potentially involving the use of toxic substances. There were injured people.
The participants of the drill practiced responding to a chemical threat, coordinating interagency actions, conducting rescue operations in smoke-filled and destroyed premises, and evacuating the injured. The drill involved fire and rescue units of the State Emergency Service, pyrotechnicians, specialists in radiation, chemical, and biological protection, as well as other support services. The employees of the branch also joined the drill.
Training sessions with rescuers of the State Emergency Service are held regularly at NIBULON’s facilities. Their goal is to maintain a high level of coordination between the company’s personnel and rescuers of the State Emergency Service.
In conditions of constant shelling, such knowledge and skills are extremely important, as they help not only to respond promptly and eliminate the consequences of enemy attacks but also to save lives.
