The project of organizational structure was developed together with Deloitte. Its main principle is to delegate authority and responsibility by key directions depending on the company's multipurpose activities.Now the Board of Directors is the main body to make strategic decisions. It consists of CEO, three non-executive directors, Chief Financial Officer, Director on Trade, Director on Logistics, Director on Agricultural Production, Director for Grain Storage, HR Director, as well as Director of Government and Legal Affairs. The reorganization also concerns the company's activities. Thus, all NIBULON's activities are divided into four key directions, namely trading, logistics, agricultural commodity production, and elevator operation. Each of the directors will have a wide range of responsibilities. -Volodymyr Slavinskyy, Director on Trade, will be responsible for NIBULON's commercial activity, as well as agricultural commodity procurement. – Serhiy Kalkutin, Director on Logistics, will manage and control all the general aspects at the logistics department, monitor the performance of international contracts, constant and efficient use of transport, storage conditions and quality. – Kostiantyn Khmelnytskyi, Director on Agricultural Production, will determine a strategic vector of agriculture development, develop an implementation plan, including investment programs and budgeting. – Valeriy Reutsoi, Director for Grain Storage, will determine a strategic development vector to store grain, including investment programs and budgeting, as well as determine the possibilities to enter new regions. – Olga Babanina, Chief Financial Officer, will control accountant, budget preparation, investment planning and audit, strategic planning, reporting, interaction with banks. – Yana Romanenko, HR Director, will develop and implement an HR plan and strategy considering all the company's operational goals, implement a new corporate culture, develop a complex strategy to employ and keep the personnel, as well as a new awarding system and key performance indicators. She will work on a personnel reserve project and succession, implement training and development.- Mykhailo Rizak, Director of Government and Legal Affairs, will be responsible for a normative base of the marine complex and maritime law, as well as legal support of the company's activities. He will represent NIBULON's interests in all the state institutions and courts of all jurisdictions, develop a stable development plan, as well as solve land relations and lease issues. It is the beginning of changes in the organizational structure, and the company will make a decision to further improve business processes in the near future. During the transitional stage, the employees will have trainings. The company will divide the areas of authorities and responsibilities so that every employee can work efficiently to guarantee well-coordinated operation of all the departments.
