During the last three months our specialists had time personally to talk to farmers of Kyiv, Poltava, Mykolaiv and Odesa regions, to talk about impact of the war on the work of NIBULON and the industry as a whole, as well as together with partners discussed plans of further mutually beneficial cooperation: introduction of an individual approach to each bailor, comprehensive prices for services that take into account the volume and type of products, the introduction of an electronic line for cars, etc.During the last meeting, Dmytro Furda, the corn trader, shared his vision of price dynamics from a main crops perspective in short term perspective, tacking into account the current challenges that affect pricing of the global market and directly in the Black Sea region:“Ukrainian exporters are put in tough conditions. They have to get along the price volatility caused, in particular, by climatic changes also; to take into account changes in the macroeconomic situation, which affects the purchasing power of most countries of the Middle East and North Africa; as well as to overcome the challenges of the war and numerous internal obstacles on the way of Ukrainian products to key regions of consumption. However, the demand for high-quality Ukrainian grain remains, and we, despite everything, manage to ensure a stable export flow, which is the basis of the world’s food security.”The main purpose of the meeting is to give farmers the opportunity to voice their comments, share problems and offer ideas for improving cooperation with NIBULON. Most of the time of each meeting was devoted to this. Currently, our specialists accumulate the received information and analyze it in order to develop optimal solutions that will contribute to fruitful, constructive cooperation and strengthen the positions of all parties at the Ukrainian and global level.
