From now on, the company will employ not only veterans who were mobilized into the Armed Forces of Ukraine from within the enterprise, but also all citizens returning from military service.

“We are creating a simplified mechanism and involving specialized organizations, such as KURS, to ensure the quick and supportive reintegration of veterans into civilian life. Now, with the organizational skills we have acquired in cooperation with VeteranHUB, we can expand the scope of reintegration and attract specialists with military experience from the labor market, those who find NIBULON attractive as an employer,” comments Yana Romanenko, HR Director.

The KURS platform is a project and online platform of the Kruk UAV Training Center, implemented with the support of the Renaissance Foundation. It aims to provide veterans of the Russia-Ukraine war with employment that is obtained through online training in specific professions. After the training on the platform, veterans are invited for an interview by future employers. Thus, the project eliminates the stress of job hunting, something we have all faced.
