Thus, the company should shift towards centralized management of the infrastructure in general and the corporate network in particular, increasing the use of cloud services, increasing interest to the issues of infrastructure, data and service reservation, strengthen the cyber security function.The changes will also affect the IT-department itself. The development plan provides for the creation of additional competence centers, the separation of services in different areas, the implementation of a service-oriented approach to the performance of business tasks.It is also important to note that strategic issues of IT and cyber security are now part of the agenda of the CEO and the Board of Directors.
