Recently, we have shared our plans to use AI in humanitarian demining. There is more to come! NIBULON employees have joined the initiative to implement AI-powered projects.

As part of the AI Agents competition, we spent two months working on projects to improve productivity, reduce routine operations, improve the service offering for both internal and external clients, simplify processes, and optimize the time to perform operations. Each of us knows the specifics of our areas of activity, faces daily challenges, and sees the opportunities for significant improvement in production processes. Therefore, we can propose and lead the change within our respective areas.
We received over 20 ideas from employees of our agricultural production department, elevator department, as well as HR, IT, and security departments. After careful analysis, the jury selected the TOP 10 ideas from 7 participants who presented their projects during the AI Battle. The finalists are:
- Roman Chumachenko, the Voznesenska branch manager, with the project “Effective Queue”
- Daria Burianova, leading specialist in monitoring system implementation and control of the agricultural production department, with the project “AgriVision AI”
- Galyna Gavryna, head of PMO, with the project “Optimization of User Experience Support in IT”
- Ruslan Kryshtal, head of the economic security department, with the idea of “Eye of AI” to monitor the movement of grain at the elevator
- Iryna Kudaktina, leading software engineer of the software development and support department, with the project “Automatic Selection of Optimal Grain Storage Programs”
- Vitalina Lupyna, software engineer of the information systems development department, with the project “AI Data Library”
- Oleh Surenshchykov, training and development manager of the HR department, with several solutions at once:
– “AI for Surveying the Satisfaction and Engagement of NIBULON Employees”
– “AI for Analyzing Employee Productivity and Optimizing Resource Allocation”
– “Creating Educational Content Using AI Services.”
According to the jury, these projects are the most relevant and necessary for business today. Their implementation will mark a significant start towards positive changes.
Mykola Riasko, CIO of NIBULON, said:
“We sincerely thank all the participants for their activity, creativity, and brilliant ideas. Each project was a source of inspiration, demonstrating the power of innovative thinking and the potential of AI technologies. We are confident that all the ideas have great potential for implementation and can contribute to positive changes. Congratulations to the finalists! Together we are building the future!”
The projects were evaluated by Andriy Vadaturskyy, NIBULON CEO, Mykola Riasko, CIO, Ruslan Romanenko, CFO, and two external experts: Yurii Kostiuchenko, a specialist in implementing AI in business processes and co-founder of UBOS, an advanced low-code platform for the development of custom AI solutions, and Mykhailo Patsan, an expert in international financial markets, blockchain technology, and AI.
