The beginning of spring has long been considered a new stage of life, the start of new undertakings, and for farmers, it is a new season filled with great expectations. Women have always played a leading role in honoring the arrival of spring and ceremonial rituals associated with well-being and future bountiful harvests. Therefore, at NIBULON, we traditionally dedicate the beginning of spring to educational events for our female employees. The events aim to develop leadership qualities and promote their development and self-realization.

It is believed it takes up to 10 seconds to form an impression of us. Only 7% of that impression is based on words, while 38% is influenced by confidence and intonation, and as much as 55% depends on appearance and behavior. To achieve success in your professional and personal life, you need to be confident in yourself, your actions and words, and make the right impression. Clothes help us in many ways.
This year, NIBULON invited Anna Ponomarenko, a personal stylist, to give a lecture on business style and the modern office wardrobe for all our female employees.
During the lecture, Anna spoke about the history of women’s business style, the language of clothes, the evolution of one’s wardrobe when changing positions and moving up the career ladder, what our clothes convey at meetings, and how to maintain individuality in office outfits. All these topics were illustrated with specific examples and wardrobe items.
The share and role of women in business and traditionally male-dominated spheres continue to grow from year to year. NIBULON is not an exception. Social stereotypes are changing, and the stories of our female employees prove that it is not gender that is important, but knowledge, skills, and willingness to achieve the set goal. We will continue to hold educational events dedicated to equal opportunities, leadership, business, and management.
