For NIBULON employees, support means taking concrete steps and providing assistance where it is needed most. Last year, our colleagues from the Kyiv and Mykolaiv offices launched a new volunteer initiative – a book drive for libraries.

Our goal is to support libraries in our native Mykolaiv region, which have limited budgets and rarely replenish their collections. We aim to ensure that children, who are eager to gain knowledge and explore the world, have access to high-quality Ukrainian literature.
This year, the Educational Initiatives Foundation also joined our employees. Together, we collected over 600 books! Works of fiction, textbooks, adventure and historical novels, and fantasy – all by Ukrainian authors and publishers – are already on the shelves of the Central City Library named after M. L. Kropyvnytskyi in Mykolaiv, which has 17 branches in the region. Some of the books were also donated to children’s departments in local medical institutions.
The present largely determines the future of children. The values we are guided by and our worldview are formed in childhood. Books are the best way to help with this. Let’s give our children not only warmth and love but also books that will help them gain knowledge and experiences during these challenging times, as well as immerse themselves in amazing literary worlds.
