NIBULON has been ranked among the TOP 50 employers of the year according to NV and Odgers Berndtson Ukraine

The winners were announced during the event “Business and War. Dialogues about the Future”, which brought together entrepreneurs and government representatives to discuss business strategies in the conditions of the ongoing war.

NIBULON, which did not give up after losing 68% of its capacities and continued its efforts to ensure both Ukraine’s and global food security, certainly has such a strategy. At its core is a strong team of professionals, which has enabled the company to endure the most challenging period in its history.

In this context, NIBULON’s inclusion in the ranking of the best employers by NV and Odgers Berndtson Ukraine is a significant achievement. It highlights the company’s efforts to support its employees. According to the expert council of the ranking, one of NIBULON’s strengths is its “Material and Non-material Motivation of Employees.” In this category, NIBULON was recognized as one of the winners.

Yana Romanenko, NIBULON’s HR Director, emphasized that the company was particularly proud of the fact that since the full-scale invasion, it had reviewed employee salaries four times, had changed its KPI system, and had tied it to results with a focus on work priorities.

One of the important incentives is that the company is one of the few on the market that continues to cover housing costs for relocated employees. This support has been in place since the head office was moved to Kyiv for staff safety, as well as for the branches when relocating colleagues from the occupied territories. By the way, the company has recently moved to a more modern building with its own bomb shelter. Reliable shelters have been built at the company’s branches as well.

It is important to emphasize that NIBULON sees these steps as the beginning of a long journey. On October 7, the company will launch a project to assess staff satisfaction, loyalty, and engagement, which will give every employee the opportunity to voice their opinions on the motivation system and company life. The further HR development strategy will be based on the results of this survey.
