Recently, NIBULON, in collaboration with AV Group Consulting, made a significant move towards incorporating sustainability principles into its activities. This is not just an agreement or a statement of intent – it is the beginning of a joint project aimed at reshaping the company’s business processes in accordance with environmental and social standards.

Today, we are starting the first stage of the project, and the results we have so far give us confidence that we are moving in the right direction.

What has been done?

Together with AV Group Consulting, we performed a thorough analysis of the company, which included:

1. Stakeholder analysis: identification of key stakeholders, study of communication plans, and frequency of interactions.

2. Assessment of the company’s activities: evaluation the company’s impact on the environment, local communities, and the economy. 

3. Data collection: a thorough analysis of internal processes, strategies, and documents to assess alignment with sustainable development principles. 

4. Field visits: direct engagement with the implementation of environmental and social principles, discussions with employees and managers, and analysis of the practical aspects of managing environmental and social risks. 

What does this mean for the company?

This phase of work has laid an essential foundation for future changes. As a result of this analysis, we have gained:

• A thorough overview of the company’s current activities.

• Identification of areas for improvement and recognition of successful practices.

• A clear understanding of how environmental and social principles can be integrated into business processes.

What’s next?

There is still a lot of work ahead, and NIBULON’s team, together with AV Group Consulting, will focus on the following areas:

• Resource optimization: reducing carbon footprint and improving energy efficiency.

• Social initiatives: supporting employees, communities, and partners through innovative programs.

• Systematic monitoring: creating a system to track the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
