NIBULON is one of Ukraine’s leaders in business transparency. It is actively working towards achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

In particular, in line with our first Sustainability Report and the ESG criteria outlined therein, we continue to focus on the following tasks in corporate governance:
Annual GRI Reporting and ESG Auditing
From 2025 onwards, the transparency of our corporate governance will be ensured through an annual non-financial report based on the CSRD/GRI standards. This report publicly discloses our sustainable development goals, results, and performance indicators.
Automation of ESG Monitoring and Reporting
We have scheduled the implementation of a digital ESG monitoring system by 2027. This system will ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and transparency of reporting on key sustainability indicators.
Comprehensive Implementation of LEAN Management Principles
Since 2024, we have been actively integrating LEAN management principles into all areas of our operations, including logistics, elevator network, shipbuilding, trade, agricultural production, operational processes, and IT.
Corporate Training Program on Sustainability Principles for Employees
By 2030, we will provide ESG and sustainability training to 100% of our directors and more than 50% of second-level managers.
Compliance Oversight in Corporate Governance
We strictly adhere to and plan to strengthen control over compliance with the anti-corruption management principles, which form the basis of our Anti-Corruption Program and Compliance Policy. We maintain a 24/7 operation of our Whistleblowing Line, ensuring the confidentiality of all reports.
Transparency at All Stages of Supply Chains and Corporate Governance
We ensure procurement transparency through electronic tenders, automate accounting processes and adhere to our internal Supplier Code of Conduct, which sets clear requirements for ethical, social, and environmental standards throughout the entire supply chain. The quality and transparency of our business processes at all company levels are confirmed by the inclusion of NIBULON in Ukraine’s “White Business Club”.
Compliance with International Sustainability Standards and Regulations
We strictly adhere to international human rights standards, including the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights, International Labor Standards, and the 10 Principles of the UN Global Compact. We are committed to implementing 12 of the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals:
- SDG 3 – Good Health and Well-Being
- SDG 4 – Quality Education
- SDG 5 – Gender Equality
- SDG 7 – Affordable and Clean Energy
- SDG 8 – Decent Work and Economic Growth
- SDG 9 – Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure
- SDG 10 – Reduced Inequalities
- SDG 11 – Sustainable Cities and Communities
- SDG 12 – Responsible Consumption and Production
- SDG 13 – Climate Action
- SDG 16 – Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions
- SDG 17 – Partnerships for the Goals
Focusing on ESG is one of the core principles guiding NIBULON’s strategy. It helps us create a sustainable future for every member of our team and Ukraine as well.
