While September continues to delight us with warmth and sunshine, NIBULON’s employees are spending time together outdoors – in a beneficial, fun, and, of course, team-building way. Last weekend, the heads of all departments from the Kyiv and Mykolaiv offices gathered in Kyiv, on Trukhaniv Island, to compete in logical, intellectual, and sometimes physical challenges.
“To compete” is a relative term, as the main point of the training was not to compete with each other, but to learn to interact more effectively to achieve a common goal. Contributing to a team and creating a strong, cohesive, and effective team is a real victory for every training participant!
Joined in teams, finance specialists, HR specialists, IT specialists, procurement officers, security service specialists, and compliance specialists, overcame obstacles (sometimes literally) and performed tasks aimed at improving time management skills, identifying leadership qualities, getting to know each other, establishing relationships, and strengthening team interaction.
The result of each task depended on the cohesion of the groups, the correct role distribution, the readiness to take responsibility or, conversely, to give way and pass the initiative to a colleague. Our teams coped with all the obstacles perfectly!
