Розпочали шлях Lean-трансформації спільно з Lean Institute Ukraine. We are proud of this cooperation and would like to tell you more about it.
This partnership was made possible thanks to the International Foundation of Development. Together with Lean Institute Ukraine, they conduct the “Lean Yellow Belt Basic” training as part of the “Development of Labor Potential for Ukraine” project, supported by the USAID Economic Resilience Activity.
In addition to this project, we have started working on a comprehensive diagnosis of the production process and systemic improvement of key processes. Our goal is optimization through the Lean methodology, which will eliminate waste from processes.
We are confident that our cooperation will be fruitful and bring significant benefits not only to the company but also to the entire agricultural sector of Ukraine!
