NIBULON participated in the 64th European Commodities Exchange, held in Paris on December 5-6, 2024. This event has become an important platform for international partners and leaders in the agricultural sector, promoting the exchange of experience and strengthening economic ties between countries.
NIBULON represented Ukrainian farmers at the European Commodities Exchange. In total, nearly 300 companies from all over Europe took part in the event. It attracted 4,000 participants from all over the world, including exporters, importers, producers, and representatives of financial institutions.
Vadym Omelchenko, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to France, attended NIBULON’s booth at the invitation of the company. He emphasized the strategic importance of Ukraine’s agricultural sector for global food security:
“Ukraine’s presence on international platforms of this level confirms our important role in the fight against global hunger. Ukrainian farmers not only provide food for millions of people in developing countries but also actively contribute to the stability of European economies. France and Ukraine have a lot in common. These are countries with a significant agricultural sector, the amount of agricultural land, similar climates, etc. Therefore, the challenges faced by Ukraine’s agricultural sector are well understood in France. Against a backdrop of the full-scale invasion, Ukrainian farmers need assistance to develop and protect export routes. Europe is interested in Ukraine’s free supply of products to Africa and the Middle East to help address global hunger.”
Volodymyr Slavinskyi, Director of Trade at NIBULON, said:
“The event was a great opportunity to showcase NIBULON’s achievements on the global stage and establish new business contacts. We are proud that our products are in demand on international markets. We continue to work to further strengthen Ukraine’s position as a reliable supplier of high-quality agricultural products.”
Visitors and exhibitors showed great interest in NIBULON. They were impressed by the results of the work of Ukrainian farmers who, despite the challenges posed by the war, continue to achieve high results, providing food for millions of people around the world. The visitors emphasized the need for international support to enable Ukrainian agricultural producers to continue their important mission.
