General Director of “NIBULON”, Hero of Ukraine Oleksiy Opanasovych Vadaturskyy is acknowledged as the best manager of the agricultural complex of Ukraine on the basis of the results of 2009. The first place among the top managers of agricultural complex Oleksiy Vadaturskyy took in the rate of “GVardiya of the managers- 2009” that was compiled by the magazine “GVardiya” ID “Galyts’ki contracts”. The total number of points received by General Director of “NIBULON” according to the results of the research comprised 72 points.   The rate is compiled on the basis of the survey of managers of leading agricultural companies, as well as the conclusions of the Expert Council – a permanent body which provides consulting of the rate research of the magazine “GVardiya”. Another high result is the 61st place according to the rate of the most successful managers of Ukraine in 2009.  As the editorial board of the publishing notes, “the basis for compiling the rate is system integrated approach that is sensible to all components of reputation of a top manager, namely: the economic efficiency of company management, competitiveness, company’s relationship with its partners, the level of corporate social responsibility and business reputation of the manager”.  “Those top managers, who are in the rate, can be considered to be the best managers by definition, who succeeded to lead their business through all the hardships and obstacles of the crisis trials and deserted positive reviews of their work from colleagues. “GVardiya managers” unites the managers of companies who are in the forefront of managers in their industries. They are followed cue, everybody consult them, they are known by sight”- draftsmen of the rate note.  Total number of participants of the rate is 428 managers, who are working in 30 branches of Ukrainian economy.
