The Story of Olha Nuzhnenko
Olha joined the company in October 2022 as a lab technician at the Hradyzk branch. Due to personal circumstances, she had to relocate and began searching for new opportunities. The management suggested she try the position of grain processing machine operator at the Kremenchutska branch. Since June 2024, Olha has been working in this position. She admits the decision was tough, but the company’s stability gave her confidence.
“I knew I could trust the company, so I decided to give something new a try. And I’ve never regretted it,” shares Olha. Her work requires not only professionalism but also physical endurance. While it can sometimes be difficult, she always knows she can count on the support of her colleagues: “Sometimes it’s hard, but there are always colleagues who are ready to help.” The warm atmosphere in the team and mutual support make the working days much easier.
The Story of Olena Ivanets
Olena has been working as an operator for just over a year. She came across a job advertisement and decided to give it a try, despite not being entirely confident in her abilities. “I thought, I’ll try, and if it doesn’t work out, then it’s not for me,” says Olena. The job quickly became a true passion for her.

“It’s very important to work in a team where you are supported,” notes Olena.
