Strategic Planning of NIBULON Is a Complete Renewal of Technics in All Branches of the Company for 3-4 Years Equipping of the company branches with new modern agricultural machinery is a pledge to follow the technological process in the production of agricultural production in optimal terms, to apply and follow new technologies of growing, to guarantee quality of operation realization, and as a result,  to rise qualitative and qualitative characteristics of growing production. The modern period of management for a great number of agricultural companies is marked with abrupt slowing down or total stoppage of buying of agricultural machinery for its own cash resources. Still NIBULON continues to renew its machinery. So the last year there were bought 22 combine harvesters “Case” and 22 tractors “ Belarus”, total cost is UAH 11.5 mln. This year is not the exclusion even in spite of crisis. From the beginning of the year there were bought 145 units of technics and agricultural equipment, total cost is UAH 5 mln. Among them there are tractors, harrows, seeders, cultivators, tractor trailers, hydraulic soil compactors and others. Nearly all technics is placed in our branches and ready for work.  For today there are concluded contracts for buying German agricultural equipment produced by LEMKEN GmbH & Co. KG, such as 6 multi-purpose units for cultivation and before sowing preparation “Smaragd” and the same quantity of wide-cut spraying machines “Albatros”. Last year there were established new branches such as “Bystryts’ka” and “Chudnivs’ka” in Zhytomyr region, “Kamyanka” in Cherkasy region, “Pryseimivs’ka” in Sumy region and “Dmytrivs’ka” in Chernigiv region. All of these branches have already received new machinery and will have the same production potentialities in comparison with other branches.
