Friends, we are pleased to announce the beginning of an important cooperation between NIBULON and VeteranHUB, a support network for soldiers and their families. It is aimed at implementing a project to reintegrate veterans into civilian life after their return from military service.
The key areas of cooperation between NIBULON and VeteranHUB include:
- auditing the company’s HR policies and adapting all recruitment processes to hiring veterans
- training for HR specialists on hiring veterans and the specifics of interviewing veterans
- developing a communication plan and presenting the veteran policy to the company’s managers and employees
- training for employees at all levels on ethical communication with veterans, fostering cohesive and constructive cooperation
- creating an algorithm for interaction with employees who are preparing for military service and those who are currently serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine
- developing programs to support the families of veterans and military personnel, etc.

“Currently, more than 600 NIBULON’s employees are serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. We understand that the experience they gain while defending our country requires an appropriate attitude from those around them. We must learn to provide support in their adaptation to civilian life in a way that does not affect their dignity and is sensitive to their specific needs.
No conscious citizen would wish war on Ukraine. This choice is not ours. But it is in our power to respond promptly to challenges, to learn to live in today’s reality, and to do everything in our power to achieve a common victory. We are proud that our country has such strong and conscious organizations as Veteran Hub. We are at the very beginning of our cooperation, but we are confident that thanks to the experience, energy, and inspiration of our partners, NIBULON will experience many positive changes in building a veteran-friendly corporate culture.”
