Ten of the latest grain analyzers of the Infratec series from the FOSS company were delivered to the Grain Transshipment Terminal in Mykolaiv for calibration and further distribution to branches.
The latest grain analyzers of the Infratec series are considered the most accurate in the world. They are created according to the highest standards for determining grain indicators, which are improved every year.
Commenting on the acquisition, Valerii Reutsoi, director for elevator operations, noted that NIBULON continues to do everything possible to ensure that the process of receiving grain is quick, as convenient and transparent as possible for agricultural producers. The purchase of new generation grain analyzers is a significant step in improving the efficiency of laboratories in accordance with modern requirements. Thanks to the new equipment, the highest accuracy and speed are guaranteed.
It should be noted that the operation of the devices is maximally automated, and the human influence, both on the analysis process and on its result, is minimized. Operator training takes only 5 to 10 minutes. In the future, the device independently determines the analysis procedure and displays the instructions for processing by the operator on the multimedia screen. Intermediate cleaning functions are also automated and are performed within 1-2 minutes.
The results of the analysis of each sample from all laboratories of NIBULON are integrated in a single database and synchronized with the data of the sales department to ensure maximum transparency of pricing and the generation of relevant reports.
By the way, we would like to note that with the advent of new equipment, it was also possible to analyze the oil content of sunflower seeds in terms of raw and dry matter.
