On December 16, the Mykolaiv Regional Employment Center together with the Regional State Administration organized a forum of the best employers in Mykolaiv region under the “Edges for cooperation as part of modern changes” slogan.
The best employers of Mykolaiv region are companies that develop themselves, invest in the region, create new places, supply qualitative products not only on the domestic market but also on the foreign market of goods and services as well as contribute to the creation of full-time and part-time jobs in Mykolaiv region.
According to Oleksandr Stadnik, a head of the Mykolaiv Regional State Administration, “An employer is a key player which ensures labour market development and improves labour relations system. The economic development, production increase, budget replenishment, and creation of jobs depend on these companies. The best employers, which realize their importance, value their activities and authority, are a pride for Mykolaiv region and support for the state”.
In addition to employers, representatives from the district state administrations, district and city councils, educational institutions, managers of the united territorial communities, and social partners participated in the event.
Oleksandr Sienkevych, Mykolaiv mayor, greeted the guests. He thanked everyone for the everyday work and stressed, “Employers and entrepreneurs replenish the budget. They develop Mykolaiv, daily risking their reputation and assets. Due to the budget replenishment, we can develop our city. He also added, "I think that the best assistance from the officials of different levels is not to prevent employers from doing business”.
Dmytro Oboronko, director of Mykolaiv Regional Employment Center, addressed himself to the best employers in Mykolaiv region, “We thank you for paying taxes to the budget of Mykolaiv region, for paying deserved wages to your employees, thereby enabling your team to maintain their families and to bring up their children”.
Since it commenced operations, NIBULON has invested more than USD 2.1 billion in Ukraine and has always paid all the taxes and dues. In 2018-2019, the company paid UAH 1.58 billion of taxes and dues to the state and local budgets.
We managed to develop a unique infrastructure of the transshipment terminals and facilities to receive, store, and to ship grain and oilseeds as well as production branches within Ukraine and a high-capacity fleet which comprises 77 units. As a result of these activities, people return from abroad to Ukraine, as they are able to get a job at NIBULON. At present, NIBULON’s team numbers 7 thousand specialists.
We are not going to stop at what has been accomplished. The company will construct a new facility in Dnipropetrovsk region next year. Consequently, NIBULON will create new work places and assist to the local community. The state budget will receive additional costs.
It should be mentioned that NIBULON has been repeatedly acknowledged as the best employer of the year both at the regional level and the All-Ukrainian one. For example, in 2019, NIBULON was recognized as “Ukraine’s Most Attractive Employer in Agriculture 2019” according to the international Randstad Employer Brand Research. In 2017, NIBULON won under the “Socially Responsible Employer” category.
