They are installing welded outfitting and finished to prime the strength hulls. The shipbuilders are going to prime the lower cabins.
The first vessel of the project (manufacturing order 10003):
The unit No. 12 has been assembled and welded (the midsection of the superstructure with living accommodations). The lower cabins will be painted soon; pre-insulation equipment is being installed there. The shipbuilders have already mounted pipes in the ballast and fuel tanks as well as in the waste water tanks. They are producing pipes of the fuel, drainage and fire systems and also sanitary water system in the engine room and living accommodations.
The second vessel of the project (manufacturing order 10004):
The unit No. 12 has been assembled; welding work is being continued. Insulation equipment will be installed in the tug lower cabins. The pipes in the ballast and fuel tanks of the vessel will be installed soon. The pilot house (unit No. 22) has been formed; NIBULON’s shipbuilders are conducting welding works and installing welded outfitting. The assembly and welding works to install the unit No. 15 (bulwark and bitts) and unit No. 16 (towknees) will be completed soon.
The third vessel of the project (manufacturing order 10005):
The unit No. 12 assembly is at the final stage; assembly and welding works to mount the unit No. 15 (bulwark and bitts) and unit No. 16 (towknees) is in full swing. The unit No. 22 (pilot house) is being formed.
