In 1991, Oleksiy Vadaturskyy founded NIBULON in Mykolaiv, Ukraine.
Over the next 30 years, guided by the principle of being as close to farmers as possible, the company has been building an incredible network of grain storage and transshipment terminals, united by a powerful logistical system that includes road, rail, and one special feature: its own proprietary river and sea fleet.
On August 4, 2022, Andriy Vadaturskyy became the new CEO of the company and continued his father’s work, overcoming the challenges posed by war.
Today, NIBULON is the leader in the grain export market in Ukraine and the owner of the country’s largest fleet. The company operates locally while solving global problems.

The shipyard launching the Mykolaivets, a unique high-capacity dredging vessel of the SDS-15 project and continuing to dredge the Dnipro and Southern Buh.

NIBULON Shipbuilding and Repair Yard LLC is separated. The company has modernized and started working with aluminum in addition to steel, creating a traveling boat of its own design, the DSNS25.
NIBULON is fighting on the economic front in the face of the blockade of the port in Mykolaiv, the fleet, and the loss of some assets as a result of the war. To ensure exports, the company is starting construction of a transshipment terminal in Izmail on the Danube river.

Андрій Вадатурський став генеральним директором «НІБУЛОНу» після понад 15 років роботи в компанії — в липні 2022 року.
Він прийняв цю посаду після трагічної загибелі свого батька та засновника «НІБУЛОНу» Олексія Вадатурського разом із матір’ю Раїсою Вадатурською під час російського ракетного удару по їхньому дому в Миколаєві.
З 2014 до 2019 рік був народним депутатом України від одномандатного округу в Миколаївській області та членом Комітету з питань аграрної політики. У 2017 році створив і очолив велику міжпартійну групу, яка виступала за розвиток українських річок як транспортного засобу.
Має ступінь магістра електротехніки Українського державного морського технічного університету та ступінь магістра економіки промисловості Лондонської школи економіки. У 2009 році за вагомий внесок у розвиток агропромислового комплексу України був нагороджений Президентом України, йому присвоєно звання «Заслужений працівник сільського господарства».
Одружений, має трьох дітей.
