OUR STAKEHOLDERS

OUR Environmental Pillars

01 Commitment to Environmental Sustainability
  • We actively manage our greenhouse gas emissions and comply with the sustainability criteria of Directive 2009/28/EC, validated by the 2024 International Sustainability and Carbon Certification.
  • We take a responsible approach to waste management. By 2030, we aim to reintegrate 90% of our waste back into the economic cycle.
  • We are committed to the efficient use of water resources, having reduced water consumption in our agricultural operations by 34% in 2024, and we continue to work towards lowering this figure further.
  • By 2030, we plan to equip 30% of our grain elevator complexes with solar power stations, fully covering the electricity needs of our freight transportation and passenger vehicle departments with solar energy.
  • We have reduced fuel consumption in our agricultural production by 15% and are dedicated to further decreasing this figure.
  • We are transitioning gradually to hybrid and electric vehicles. By 2030, they are expected to constitute up to 20% of our passenger car fleet, while fuel consumption by our freight vehicles is projected to decrease by 10–15%.
  • In collaboration with state research institutions, we conduct Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) prior to any construction projects to protect the biosphere of the sites.
  • We maintain a consistent program of compensatory measures aimed at sustaining ecosystem balance.

OUR Social Pillars

01 Employee Well-being

  • We prioritize the wellbeing, physical and mental health, and safety of our employees.

  • We were the first company in Ukraine to complete certification and received mechanical demining platformss. To date, we have cleared over 5,000 hectares of agricultural land and nearly 1,000 hectares of private plots belonging to residents of southern Ukrainian communities. In 2024, we also developed a solution for waterway demining and continue to work actively in this area.
  • We run a comprehensive community and regional support program “NIBULON. Ukrainian. Native.” The program focuses on strengthening local governance capacity, promoting educational initiatives related to sustainable development, and supporting cultural projects.
  • We provide educational institutions in the communities of Southern Ukraine with refurbished computer and office equipment to ensure a safe and uninterrupted remote learning process for schoolchildren and students.
  • We implement a reintegration project to support veterans transitioning to civilian life. Through our “Green Corridor” system, we offer employment not only to veterans mobilized from our facilities to serve in the Armed Forces of Ukraine but also warmly welcome all citizens returning from military service.
  • Through professional development and requalification, we actively encourage women and girls to pursue careers in fields traditionally dominated by men.
