More than 60 nominees took part in this year’s rating.10 winners were chosen based on their activities in 2020.The branch, a winner of the “Best Employer of the Year” category, was built in 2012 as part of the first stage of the implementation of NIBULON’s investment project to revive navigable transport arteries of Ukraine in Kherson region. The new high-capacity equipment produced by the world’s leading manufacturers, modern operational technologies, social guarantees, competitive wages, career growth opportunities, modern and comfortable working places, as well as high production standards make NIBULON’s facilities a desirable workplace for both the youth and experienced specialists. The Kozatska branch experienced team headed by Zakhar Medvedev, the branch director, ensures that the modern high-capacity transshipment terminal is operated efficiently, demonstrating high achievements. In summer 2012, the silos at the Kozatska branch terminal received grain for the first time. In autumn 2016, the transshipment terminal received one million tons of grain and oilseeds, and in winter 2019 – two million tons of agricultural commodities.The Kozatska branch transshipment terminal provides a full range of services to receive, treat and to ship grain and oilseeds. As the facility’s capacity was increased in 2017, it can store 92 thousand tons of grain simultaneously. Kozatska branch will celebrate its 10th anniversary next year, making new successes and achieving new goals.
