All major objects of the filling station, namely a tank farm of 300 cubic meters, a pumping station, a place to pour fuel into tank truck, an unloading rack, a settling tank and a storm drain, have been constructed. Installation of electric network, ground loop, lightning protection has been finished. The specialists have already installed technological equipment.
Thus, the filling station in Svatove is already ready for pre-commissioning works, which requires the delivery of the first fuel tank. So, the procedure for signing an agreement with Ukrzaliznytsia is currently underway. Unlike NIBULON’s similar filling station in Kremenchuk (Poltava region), the filling station in Svatove is fully automated. In addition, for a more accurate calculation of fuel here (after the submission of fuel, which is required by technology), a Site Sentinel NANO measurement system (the USA) will be installed.
After the successful set up and testing of all mechanisms and systems, the facility will be put into operation. It will provide diesel fuel for NIBULON’s branches in Luhansk and Kharkiv regions. This will significantly reduce traffic load on the region’s roads, as well as increase purchase prices for grain due to cheaper transportation of grain cargoes and minimization of environmental impact through the introduction of modern technology on the site.
In addition, NIBULON has received all permits issued by the State Architectural and Construction Inspectorate of Ukraine to construct its third filling station in Khmilnyk (Vinnytsia region), where NIBULON has its production branch. Thus, building works will be started there soon. This filling station to serve the company’s fuel needs will be the largest one, as it will have 5 tanks with a total capacity of 375 cubic meters.
Filling stations to serve the company’s fuel needs are an important component of the company’s logistics system. The storage of diesel fuel at the company’s own filling stations reduces the cost of storing it at third-party organizations, ensures the preservation of the quality of goods and enables us to be quicker when delivering fuel to an end consumer, to avoid queues at third-party stations and to carry out shipment at a convenient time.
