The purpose of the event is to gather representatives of the city’s best companies in order to share information on professional development and career opportunities for students in the context of European integration of Ukraine.
According to the organizers, during the event the students had an opportunity to find out about global/European trends, how to satisfy employers’ need for qualified specialists, training possibilities, internship and practical training. In addition, the youth received valuable advice from professionals about employment, writing a resume, interviewing. They also had a unique opportunity to talk directly with representatives of commercial companies.
During a solemn opening, the organizers emphasized an exclusive role of NIBULON in the employment of the students of Petro Mohyla Black Sea National University. NIBULON was one of the first companies to believe in young specialists of the university and it continues cooperating actively with the institution.
Larysa Buryk, NIBULON’s deputy general director of personnel, was the first employee of the company to address the audience. She talked about the specifics of the company’s work and shared valuable tips,

We staked on the youth in 2004 and we were right about it. Petro Mohyla Black Sea National University helps us very much. The management of the company’s central office consists of 78 % of your graduates. It is not a small number. We believe in purposefulness of the youth and we know that each of you is talented. Use the knowledge you receive at the university to the full. You will achieve the desired success only if you constantly develop yourself”.
The young people were very impressed by the speech of Volodymyr Slavinskyy, NIBULON’s deputy general director on trading, as he is a graduate of Petro Mohyla Black Sea National University,

I think that you, people with academic education, agree with me that life is a continuous movement, an endless evolution from the beginning to the end. Petro Mohyla Black Sea National University holds the EU Career Day every year. But this year the organizers have decided to introduce a new form of cooperation between students and employers – a case method. It enables the companies to see how young people can handle real production tasks. The companies provided the students with cases beforehand. The cases from employers include real production tasks faced by companies’ employees in their work.
NIBULON’s case included a task of choosing a place for a new elevator complex. The main things in this task are economic calculations and convincing arguments. A group of 6 economists, third-year students, took it.
We are pleased to say that the students have coped with the task quite well. After the presentation, each of 6 students who has worked with the case received envelopes with monetary rewards.
The specialists of the recruitment department arranged an information stand for those who want to familiarize themselves with the structure of NIBULON, the peculiarities of work and vacancies; booklets with the detailed information were offered.
