We Attract Young Employees!

To this end, the employees of the recruitment department take part in recruitment fairs organized by educational institutions of Ukraine and hold meetings with students of the most popular specialties. In particular, on October 31, 2018, a meeting with future specialists was held with the support of Oleksandr Pushka, a dean of the engineering and technology faculty of Uman National University of Horticulture, and Nina Osokina, a head of the department of technology of storage and processing of grain. During the meeting, Larysa Buryk, deputy general director of personnel, and Iryna Savenko, deputy head of the recruitment department, informed the students of NIBULON’s main types of activities and employment opportunities at the company’s branches located in 12 regions of Ukraine. The future young specialists asked the company’s representatives questions, including the questions about practical training at NIBULON’s production branches.
As a result of this visit, prospects for further cooperation between NIBULON and Uman National University of Horticulture have been outlined for the next several years. In addition, the university teachers and students have expressed a desire to visit the company’s transshipment terminal in Mykolaiv in the near future.
On November 1, the company’s representatives also took part in the annual recruitment fair of Odesa National Academy of Food Technologies. For many years NIBULON has been one of the largest companies that actively attracts youth to work for the company. We have employed more than one dozen of graduates of Odesa National Academy of Food Technologies. And the first meeting with most of them took place exactly within the recruitment fairs.
After such visits to the universities of Ukraine, we start to cooperate with young specialists. In particular, NIBULON has introduced a transparent and effective procedure in order to attract as many initiative and persistent students as possible. Everyone has an opportunity to fill in a form in the office or on the company’s official website in the section “Careers”. Later on, the recruitment department analyzes it. The company’s openness to youth, the provision of information and the practical application of their knowledge and skills contribute to the improvement of educational programs and processes at educational institutions. They receive information about the disciplines and practical lessons which are in demand in real work, which ones are superfluous/anachronistic, what should be improved and how it should be done.
The company doesn’t have a shortage of personnel. But we continue to actively build new facilities and cargo vessels at our shipbuilding and repair yard, the facilities of which are being reconstructed, and therefore we create 300-400 new jobs per year. Thus, we prepare our own personnel, which, in turn, have the opportunity of rapid career growth. In addition, NIBULON invests a lot of money and efforts in work with youth every year.  We constantly develop ourselves and progress. Therefore, it is impossible to imagine this progress without its own personnel and young, active, ambitious employees.

Андрій Вадатурський став генеральним директором «НІБУЛОНу» після понад 15 років роботи в компанії — в липні 2022 року.

Він прийняв цю посаду після трагічної загибелі свого батька та засновника «НІБУЛОНу» Олексія Вадатурського разом із матір’ю Раїсою Вадатурською під час російського ракетного удару по їхньому дому в Миколаєві.

З 2014 до 2019 рік був народним депутатом України від одномандатного округу в Миколаївській області та членом Комітету з питань аграрної політики. У 2017 році створив і очолив велику міжпартійну групу, яка виступала за розвиток українських річок як транспортного засобу.  

Має ступінь магістра електротехніки Українського державного морського технічного університету та ступінь магістра економіки промисловості Лондонської школи економіки. У 2009 році за вагомий внесок у розвиток агропромислового комплексу України був нагороджений Президентом України, йому присвоєно звання «Заслужений працівник сільського господарства».

Одружений, має трьох дітей.
