Apostrophe online resource, which allegedly works according the principles of “… impartiality, precision and veracity, velocity, objectivity and balance in the presentation of information…” fed Ukrainians with another portion of fake information about NIBULON under the heading “Soap bubble” of the Vadaturskyys: why NIBULON hides its financial position”.The author of this set of sentences Mykola Tkachuk can rightly be called a professor of journalism. The wise guy who explains the causes of cognitive distortions and provides tips on how to avoid factors that prevent you from feeling happy; explains the nature of “fake physics”, does not forget to reveal the secrets of the work of military reconnaissance and the behind-the-scenes fight for mayor's chairs. For the fabrication of old fictions about our company, he made an exception and in just a few hours became a “specialist in the field of international trade, financial affairs, tax policy”.Although Mykola Tkachuk wrote that his article was allegedly based on “analysis of the situation from open sources”, in fact almost all the article was copied from the articles of Stopcor representatives we´ve been looking for over a month to submit a formal information request. At first they stormed into private territory of the company without permission and warning, showing press card with Channel 5 logo (the channel banned them from using their logo), then locked in their car, and later said they have not been released for 8 hours. We were even forced to call the police. It is those representatives who violate not only the Constitution of Ukraine, the Civil Code of Ukraine, but also the provisions of the Criminal Code. They interfere in private life of Ukrainian citizens and foreigners. By the way, criminal proceedings have already been opened against representatives of Stopcor TV for interference in private life. One more “reliable and professional” source is StockWorld “the mainstream web portal about stock market” was founded by Russian-born E. Penkovskyi. He began his career as a manager and accountant for a poultry breeding business. In 2013, he established a company that was engaged in retailing of fruit and vegetables. From 2014 he decided to conquer the publishing and advertising markets of Ukraine. In 2016, he established and headed a company active in the field of wired and wireless telecommunications, etc. All this is far from the stock markets, but the multi-faceted activities are impressive. They haven’t forgotten the statement of chief editor of the National Industrial Portal Pavlo Voloshyn that ”the credit debt of the company to the EBRD is almost half a billion dollars…”. But in fact it is Khrystyna Kryshykha, a Stopcor representative, while preparing the ordered issue against our company, decided to use the words of Pavlo Voloshyn in another context as she hadn’t found the necessary negative information about the company. Although he said that the money was used by the company “to invest in the enterprise for further development.” (Pavlo Voloshyn’s letter). Despite the fact that they have Pavlo Voloshyn’s comment, Khrystyna Kryshykha and Stopcor deceive even their colleagues.  Fortunately, vast majority of the public as well as the professional experts distinguish fakes and manipulations from real facts. Immediately after Andriy Vadaturskyy became a people’s deputy in the Verkhovna Rada in 2004, he transferred his share to Oleksiy Vadaturskyy (in full) in the authorized capital of the company to run this share. They publish everything without checking the facts; based upon the last fake they didn't read the text at all! Otherwise, they would understand that such nonsense cannot be published. Once they do not neglect such things, the editors have really difficult times. However, we will not limit ourselves to requests and appeals. Such actions on the part of the media will necessarily be given a legal assessment. We are currently collecting relevant material and it takes some time. We know the names of people who ordered the article. It is a pity that the “reformers”, who can do nothing for the development of the Ukrainian economy, spend a lot of money and time on such things.We will prove that such publications are fake with our investment projects on construction of river terminals and modern cargo fleet, reconstruction of the shipyard, revival of navigation on the rivers. We are grateful to all who support us.P.
