The first T3500 project tug (manufacturing order 10010)The engineers from the equipment suppliers, namely MTU (Germany), Rolls-Royce (Finland), Volvo-Penta (Sweden) and others complete adjustment of main engines, a propulsion unit, water fire main system and foam fire-fighting system. Specialists from Tranzas Ukraine complete the adjustment of radio-navigation equipment on the navigation bridge. The shipbuilders have started sea trials.The second Т3500 project tug (manufacturing order 10011) The outfitting is being continued on the vessel, namely centring and installation of a propulsion unit, production and installation of pipes of ship’s systems, cable laying, assembly of gears of the engine room.The first POSS-115 project tug (manufacturing order 10028)The strength hull has already been formed on the shipyard’s berth. The shipbuilders are testing spaces for tightness. In the engine room, the specialists are preparing to install the foundation for equipment. The shipbuilders continue installing pre-insulation equipment and ventilation pipes in the living accommodation. The specialists have already moved the tug to the prestarting position in order to give the specialists an opportunity to form the second tug’s hull.The second POSS-115 project tug (manufacturing order 10029)NIBULON shipbuilding and repair yard continues producing sections of the vessel’s strength hull and parts of the welded outfitting. The shipbuilders have started forming the hull.The third POSS-115 project tug (manufacturing order 10030)The metal processing workshop continues cutting and bending metal to produce sections of the vessel’s hull. The assembly and welding area is producing sections of the units No. 2, 3, 4. The mechanical and fitter workshop is producing parts of the hull’s welded outfitting.The self-propelled P-140 floating crane (manufacturing order 10032)The metal processing workshop continues cutting and bending metal to produce sections of the vessel’s hull. The specialists continue producing bottom sections of the vessel. The first bottom sections of the starboard have been installed on the building berth and have been jointed.We would remind you that NIBULON shipbuilding and repair yard is being reconstructed in order to construct complete vessels of 140 m. The self-propelled P-140 project vessel with two cranes, with a cargo capacity of 13,400 m3 and productivity of 18,000 tons per day will be the first 140-m vessel constructed by NIBULON. It is planned to launch the high-tech vessel on July 1, 2019.
