The first non-self-propelled B5000 project vessel (manufacturing order No. 10026)
The shipbuilders continue performing outfitting on the first 100-m vessel. In particular, they have mounted a hydraulic system and have started installing hydraulic cylinders for lifting of hatch covers. The specialists continue fitting two hatch covers of the first hold on the vessel; the second pair of hatch covers is being produced and painted. When the hatch covers are produced, the shipbuilders will fit them on the vessel and get a hatch cover opening and closing system up and running. After that the vessel will be ready to be delivered to a customer.
The second non-self-propelled B5000 project vessel (manufacturing order No. 10027)
The shipbuilders continue forming the vessel’s forebody. The spaces of the afterbody half-hull have been approved and tested for tightness. The specialists have started performing electric installation work in the afterbody. Upon jointing of two half-hulls and painting, the vessel will be launched.
The first and the second T3500 project tugs (manufacturing orders No. 10010 and No. 10011)
NIBULON’s shipbuilders are installing foundations for the propulsion unit and fire pumps in the engine room of the first tug. After forming a strong hull, the propulsion unit will be placed on the vessel; the specialists will start installing it. The shipbuilders keep forming the hull of the second tug. The specialists finish bending sheets for the outer plating of the second tug’s strong hull in the metal processing workshop. Assemblies and hull sections of the second vessel are being produced in the assembly and fabrication workshop, as well as a pilot house of the first tug. The specialists of the mechanical and fitter workshop are producing welded outfitting for the vessels. The specialists of the assembly and pipeline workshop continue producing pipes for tanks and pipeline systems.
The first and the second POSS-115 project tugs (manufacturing orders No. 10028 and No. 10029)
NIBULON’s shipbuilders have started constructing the first two POSS-115 project tugs. They must be delivered this year. The metal processing workshop has started metal cutting to produce the vessels’ hulls. In 2018, NIBULON shipbuilding and repair yard plans to start constructing four vessels of this project.
