NIBULON proves the fact that in order to be a successful company in Ukraine, a company must be successful in everything. It must have the best grain storage infrastructure, state-of-the art fleet and shipbuilding plant, be the best in construction, exports, and of course in cultivation of agricultural products. As part of its large-scale investment program, NIBULON constructs elevator complexes on the Dnipro River, launches unique vessels at its shipyard, and develops navigation. At the same time NIBULON is carrying out renovation of its agricultural machinery fleet.  
At the beginning of the year, NIBULON has announced its plans to invest USD 6 million in agricultural machinery modernization.  NIBULON has already received the first units of agricultural machinery. On March 29, the company presented seven new Fendt 1038 VARIO tractors and eight out of twenty-two Belarusian MTZ 952.3 tractors at NIBULON’s transshipment terminal.NIBULON purchased Fendt machinery under the foreign economic contract signed with the German company AGCO International GmbH.In the coming days, the tractors will be delivered to all NIBULON’s production branches in order to participate in 2018 agrarian season, which will significantly accelerate its terms and will improve the efficiency of work.
NIBULON has been successfully cooperating with Fendt for 20 years. In 1998, NIBULON opened the famous Fendt Company and its equipment to the Ukrainian agrarian sector, when for the first time in Ukraine a loan under support of the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the IBRD) was granted directly to agricultural producer – to NIBULON. The company directed the money to the company development, in particular for purchase of state-of-the-art German equipment from Fendt. It was the best agricultural machinery; that was one of the largest batches in the world delivered directly to the agricultural producer. After the successful completion of the program, the IBRD honoured NIBULON’s work with a diploma for the most successful activities within the project. At one of the exhibitions in Hannover, NIBULON’s General Director Oleksiy Vadaturskyy was recognized as the head of the largest final consumer of Fendt tractors.
A Fendt 1038 tractor is a modern tractor. Thanks to its productivity, one Fendt 1038 tractor is capable of replacing two tractors of previous models which will significantly improve productivity and reduce the agrotechnical terms of field works. According to Roman Kuzmin, head of engineering and maintenance department, this model has some advantages as against its predecessors, namely engine output of 396 hp, an automatic dual-mode gearbox, a fully automated front axle is used for the first time, which independently of the operator switches itself on and off when the driving force is required, a system of automatic driving in the field. “All these factors allow us to save fuel and to improve wear resistance of machinery due to a greater resource of transmission and drive mechanisms”, said Roman. During the meeting with the management of Fendt led by the company’s CEO Peter-Josef Paffen in Marktoberdorf, Oleksiy Vadaturskyy took part in the test drive of new Fendt 1038 tractors and admitted that he was very satisfied with new machinery.
MTZ 952.3 tractors have been supplied exclusively to the European market (primarily to Poland, Bulgaria, Hungary, and Serbia). This year they have been delivered to Ukraine for the first time and they have appeared in NIBULON’s fields.
“The company will receive twenty-two MTZ 952.3 tractors that have been staffed individually for our company”, said Roman Kuzmin. “Namely, they are equipped with hitches with a cargo capacity of 4 tons, air conditioners, large ballast counterweights for the possibility of working with foreign seeding machines. A special feature of this model is a new engine layout with a capacity of 95 hp equipped with an intercooler and a synchronized gearbox 14/4, and a uniformly spaced axle weight. This allows us to use the tractors more effectively in spring-sowing operations and sowing winter crops”.
We would remind you that in addition to seven Fendt 1038 tractors and twenty-two MTZ МТЗ 952.3 tractors the company signed agreements for the supply of five Case IH Axial Flow 6140 combine harvesters, five John Deere S760 combine harvesters, six Tiger-Mate II cultivators, three Kinze 3000 seeding machines, and Lemken Rubin 6 disc harrow. The main advantages of the new agricultural machinery are: high capacity, minimum fuel consumption at maximum capacity and, of course, the best conditions for the work of operators.
The best machine operators are invited to run the new machinery. Engineers and mechanical engineers, having undergone special training, will ensure high-quality maintenance of NIBULON’s machinery and tractor fleet.
