The specialists are finishing final painting of outer parts of the vessel. It will be delivered to a customer soon.
The first non-self-propelled B5000 project vessel (manufacturing order No. 10026)
The vessel is moored to the shipyard’s berth to perform outfitting works and to carry out mooring trials of deck equipment. The shipbuilders continue producing hatch covers. In particular, outfitting is being installed on the first hatch cover; production of the second hatch cover and production of parts of the third and fourth ones is being finished. When the hatch covers are produced, the shipbuilders will fit them on the vessel and get a hatch cover opening and closing system up and running. After that the 100-m vessel will be ready to be delivered to a customer.
The second non-self-propelled B5000 project vessel (manufacturing order No. 10027)
NIBULON’s shipbuilders finish forming the afterbody half-hull of the vessel. Upon its movement to the prestart position, the shipbuilders will start forming the forebody half-hull. At the same time, they are preparing spaces of the afterbody of the vessel’s hull for approval, as well as testing the ready-made ones for tightness.
The first and the second Т3500 project tugs (manufacturing orders No. 10010, 10011)
The shipbuilders continue metal cutting and bending in the metal processing workshop. They are producing assemblies and hull sections of the vessel’s forebody and afterbody in the assembly and fabrication workshop. Hulls of two tugs are being formed on the building berth. The specialists of mechanical and fitter workshop continue producing welded outfitting. The shipbuilders have started to test the spaces for tightness.
We would remind you that in the coming years the company plans to enlarge its fleet up to 100 units, making it the largest and the most modern and effective one in Ukraine.
