On February 1, 2017, a series of agreements with suppliers of elevator equipment, grain cleaning equipment, weighing equipment and other items for new production branches of the company was signed.
The world-renowned manufacturers of the necessary equipment for the company’s new branches were selected based on results of transparent tenders. In particular,  SYMAGA S.A. (Spain, silos for grain storage), TELESTACK Ltd. (Great Britain, ship loading machine), BUHLER GmBh (Switzerland, grain cleaning equipment), Mathews Company (the USA, dryers),  UAB Liucija (Lithuania, cyclone cleaners and fans), FOSS ANALYTICAL AB (Denmark, grain analyzers Infratec), PFEUFFER GmbH (Germany, sampling spears), Precia S.A. (the Netherlands, hopper scales), and Cimbria Unigrain A/S  (Denmark, grain shipment equipment)  became the winners.
We are very grateful to other companies who have participated in the tenders; RIELA (Poland), GSI (Hungary), SCAFCO (the USA), AGI (Canada), FRAME (Italy), Neuero (Germany), UNIA ARAJ REALIZACJE (Poland),  Silos Cordoba  (Spain), Preco (Latvia), and Plant of Elevator Equipment (Ukraine) were among them.
It should be noted that the tenders were held on a high level: in an open, transparent way and in compliance with all requirements and rules. Valerii Kunytskyi, a head of NIBULON’s foreign economic relations and marketing department, pointed that all the manufacturers, despite long-term and fruitful cooperation with NIBULON, participated in the tender for equipment supply on equal terms. NIBULON’s General Director Oleksiy Vadaturskyy had considered offers for equipment supply, took final decisions (given the proper combination of fair price and high quality), and conducted final negotiations with the companies’ representatives.
Overall, the final stages of negotiations were held via the Internet. Signing the agreement for supply of grain shipment equipment with Danish company CIMBRIA UNIGRAIN A/S took place on February 1 with the participation of its Director Henning Roslev Bukh, Director of its representative office in Ukraine Oksana Stretovych, and NIBULON’s General Director Oleksiy Vadaturskyy at NIBULON´s headquarters in Mykolaiv.
The history of cooperation with many companies who have won the tenders goes back to 2003, when the main grain terminal had been constructed. So, the majority of the transshipment equipment installed at NIBULON’s facilities of grain infrastructure is produced by CIMBRIA UNIGRAIN A/S. The unique equipment by TELESTACK Ltd., which was designed for NIBULON, was awarded the prestigious international award “BEST SHIPLOADING SYSTEM” in 2012.  
“I want to thank the winners of the tenders for the fact that they help to develop a new logistics system in Ukraine and all the companies who have participated in the tenders, and NIBULON’s specialists who had been working with the tenders (since November 2016 till January 2017), and ensured efficient and transparent tenders. In addition, it is pleasant that the suppliers we have signed agreements with undertook to complete the delivery by May 1, 2017”, noted Oleksiy Vadaturskyy.  
However, implementation of NIBULON’s investment project goes on. New tenders for high-tech equipment will be held in April. So, we invite both our old partners and companies, which we haven’t cooperated with, but they have a desire, to participate in these tenders.
